Pray For Dixie and The Fat Man

I'm sorry I haven't been posting lately, and I will make a full-blown politics post Saturday. But right now, I turn away from politics a few moments.
Now, we all know about the tragedy in Mississippi and Louisiana (particularly the 9th Ward), and I've been keeping the people in my thoughts and prayers, as I hope you have too.

But I came home from school today only to hear that one of my favorite rock singers, the legendary Fats Domino (http://www.history-of-rock.com/domino.htm) is missing. According to MSNBC, he and his wife, Rosemary, and their children and grandchildren, decided to stay in their 9th Ward home in New Orleans and ride out the storm. Their neighborhood was one of the hardest hit, and he hasn't been heard from since August 28th. Fats is 77 years old, and, to my understanding, not in the best health. We need to keep this legendary Rocker in our prayers and pray for his safe recovery.

I would write more, but I'm having ridiculous amounts of homework, and it's keeping me weighted down. I will write, however, on Saturday.

Until then, I'm out like a fat kid in dodge ball (oh the terrible memories),

Neal

I'll say this; If I were Fats Domino, I would move to Nashville or Cleveland or someplace not very floodable.
